Board Resignation

It's with regret that I announce the Steve McIntire has decided to resign from the Board and his position as Secretary of the Corporation. His resignation will be effective on February 11, 2009. As a result of this resignation, there will be three Board positions to be filled during the annual meeting. There will be two three-year positions open along with a one-year position.
