I do have a Facebook account; but, I do not find it so helpful. I believe we have this website Royal Creek blog and it is easy to use. I used this site, extensively, before I decided to buy the house. I'd like to see the Board Minutes updated and current---last is end of '09....
The weblinkmanagement...site is not very useful and harder to use (I, still, can not access it using Safari, only Firefox).
I received a "Courtesy Notice" today about having a trailer parked in public view. Notice was for a site inspection done on 7-SEP...the day after Labor Day weekend. We're going to spend money sending notices because someone left an ATV tralier out the day after the last 3 day weekend of the summer?!? Am I really the kind of "violator" that we need NWCM to focus on? That's a waste of my dues, in my mind. Why don't we have them concentrate on yards that are always out of control, or illegally parked cars, or all the other recurring CC&R violators, and leave the people that have a one or two day exceptions alone?
We are the homeowners association of the Royal Creek neighborhood located in the Bethel area of Eugene, Oregon. Each of the 219 homeowners is a member of the Association.
