Open Board Position Filled

Consistent with Section 4.5 of the Association's By Laws, during its meeting on March 11, 2008, the Board appointed Gloria Foreman to fill the remainder of the open Board position (term ends March 2009). As a result, there will be one, three-year term being filled during the annual meeting on March 18, 2008.
